EMBROIDERY

Your logo or design is digitized in specialised software that creates your design in an embroidery format. The specialised machinery then uses stitches and thread to stitch the design onto your garments.

LASER ENGRAVING

A logo is etched into a metal product with a laser beam, replicating the logo with precise accuracy. The laser “burns” the top layer of the product off and reveals the layer beneath.

A digital transfer is a way of producing full colour designs, which are too complex to be screen printed, for application onto garments, caps or bags via a heat process. The required image is printed onto white transfer paper and heat pressed into place

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Sublimation fabric printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric and becomes part of the fabric rather than a print that “sits on top”
